For example, if you want to find files that contain a certain keyword, you want to find files that have been used within a certain time range, you want to find files within a certain length range, you want to find duplicate files, etc. you can use this tool. Screening Assistant makes it easy!
There are currently 4 screening methods, which can be screened in parallel:
1. Filter by content. Find whether the specified text exists in the file name or file content (the file content only supports plain text files such as htm, txt, etc.)
2. Filter by length. Determine whether the file size or content word count is within the range (the content word count only supports plain text files such as htm and txt)
3. Filter by time. Determine whether the creation, modification, and access time of the file are within the range
4. Filter by repeat. Search for files with the same data, length or name (ideal if you want to find duplicate files)
Files that meet the filter conditions will be listed and can then be moved, copied, deleted, opened, located, viewed, copied, exported, etc.
