FAQ
Software cannot be opened or crashes
Solution: You can try to re-download the software (download the corresponding version according to the mobile phone system), or update Yiban to the latest version. If you still have problems, you can enter Yiban from the computer web page or WeChat. In addition, it may be due to too many visitors. You can try again later.
Change mobile phone number to log in
Solution: After logging in to an account that has been authenticated by the school, click on the nickname in the upper right corner to enter the management center, click on the "Security Center" on the left navigation, select to change the mobile phone number, fill in and verify the new mobile phone number information to complete the change.
Add friends
Solution: You can click the search (magnifying glass icon) in the upper right corner of the Yiban APP, enter the friend's real name/mobile phone number/nickname in the search bar to search and choose to apply to become a friend, and wait for the friend to approve the application. If you need to add a counselor or join a public group, you can log in to the main web site or mobile client, click "Contacts", enter the counselor's real name/nickname/mobile phone number in the add friend search bar, apply to become a friend, and enter counseling. Select the public group you want to apply to join on the member's public account homepage and wait for the counselor's approval.
