New users need to register a Unipus account to use U Campus. When registering, you need to fill in the school, name, student number and other information. This information must be imported into the system by the school management teacher before it can be authenticated.
It is recommended to use a commonly used mobile phone number or email when registering to facilitate receiving verification codes and follow-up services.
If you encounter the "Mobile phone number has been registered" prompt, you can use the "Forgot Password" function to reset your password and log in.
Login issues:
Old users can directly use their registered Unipus account to log in to U Campus.
If the system prompts "The school has not yet opened U Campus", please contact the teacher to confirm and activate it before logging in.
2. Tutorials and learning progress issues
Tutorial activation:
An activation code is attached to each set of teaching materials, which is used to activate the corresponding tutorials. Activation codes can generally be reused twice.
If the activation code is lost, you can purchase it through e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and Pinduoduo, or contact the teacher for assistance.
Learning progress:
Each unit has a deadline, and the exercises must be completed within the specified time to obtain results.
U Campus only records the scores submitted for the first time and does not record the scores submitted for the second time.
If the exercises are not completed within the stipulated time, you can contact the teacher or do follow-up exercises to improve your average score.
