   Question 1: Can Genshin Impact be connected across servers?

Answer: The Genshin Impact channel server cannot be connected across servers. Currently, iOS, Android, and PC are all one server. Travelers reaching level 16 or above can connect with each other. On the same server, if you reach a certain adventure level and complete the corresponding tasks, you can apply to join each other's game world and participate in online activities.

      Question 2: Does it support Xbox/PS4 controller?

      Question 3: What should I do if the screen freezes during the game?
