Answer: Our company's anti-theft equipment uses equipment that is relatively advanced in technology and meets customer needs in the world, such as security equipment from Germany's Bosch, South Korea's Samsung, Canada (Maple Leaf) and Israel (Electronics Line 3000). It is far from comparable to the general anti-theft equipment on the market.
2. How is the security alarm system connected to the center? How is the cost calculated?
Answer: Our company's current network connection between the alarm service center and the client mainly adopts wired transmission. The wired transmission method mainly uses the customer's wired telephone to connect to the central platform, without any additional costs.
3. After installing the anti-theft system, can your company receive the signal if there is a fire alarm?
Answer: When installing an anti-theft system, our company will install a fire detector in the anti-theft system according to customer requirements. In the event of a fire, our company's alarm service center will receive the signal and immediately notify 110 to report the incident. There is an additional service fee for this service. Our company only provides police services and is not responsible for compensation.
4. What should I do when the anti-theft system encounters a power outage during setting? Will it affect safety?
Answer: Our company's anti-theft system is equipped with power storage equipment, which can maintain normal transmission of alarm signals for 6-12 hours in the event of a power outage. When the storage battery runs out of power, the company will receive a signal immediately and contact the customer by phone to send someone to temporarily stay inside to guard the area. The company will also send security personnel to strengthen patrols nearby, so safety will not be affected.
