The arrival of a new round of super powerful computer ransomware virus Petya has caused widespread infections in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States in Europe. However, Kaspersky Lab stated that this round of virus attacks did not originate from a variant of the "Petya" virus, but a new ransomware virus that had never been seen before, which they called the "NotPetya" virus.
