Features of VMS software
When you run the video surveillance platform client, a login dialog box will pop up, as shown below.
Username: Login username, the super administrator defaults to Admin.
Password: The password corresponding to the user. The initial password of the Admin user is the password set during the installation of the program.
Newlines, spaces, and TAB characters at the beginning and end of the username and password will be automatically removed. The password cannot contain the characters "%" and "'" (excluding
Contains left and right quotation marks " and "), and the password cannot be empty and the password window does not support the paste function.
Save the password as , and the password that can be logged in will be automatically written into the password box the next time you log in.
The automatic login is , and it will automatically try to log in with this login information next time
Click the login button and wait for verification and initialization.
When the login verification is successful, this interface appears. At this time, the client needs to perform a series of initializations and may pause for 2-3 seconds.
Select VMS video surveillance platform on the start menu, or start the shortcut on the desktop. After successful login, as shown in the figure below.
The main navigation buttons at the top of the interface are real-time monitoring, video playback, electronic map, log information, equipment management, system configuration (device management, alarm linkage, local configuration, recording configuration, user management). Click the navigation button to enter the corresponding configuration interface. Left side of interface
is the device navigation, and the right side is the display area. Start with device management and add DVR devices.

Network outage
Problem description: When the VMS server network is interrupted, the system cannot be started.
Solution: Check whether the network card indicator light behind the VMS server is on. If the indicator light is off, check whether the network cables on the host side and the switch side are loose, whether the switch is powered on, and use a line hunter to check whether the network cable is interrupted.
