When paying freight on the official website and entering the tracking number, it shows that no waybill information has been found?
When the freight is payable on collect, you need to select the "consignee" before you can pay; when the freight is not payable on collect, you need to choose the "shipper" before you can pay. If you are not sure whether it is collect payment, you can try it by switching your identity.
Can I use a credit card to pay shipping costs online on the official website?
The online payment on the official website does not support credit cards, but Alipay and WeChat payment are supported.
Why does it still show collect after paying the freight?
If the customer does not pay the freight on site when the goods are shipped, the payment method when the outlet is billing is temporarily pay on delivery. If the customer has paid the freight during transportation, it means that the freight has been paid. There will be no secondary freight charges after the goods arrive.
How to cancel an order?
Entering the order interface, if the words "cancel" or "cancel order" are displayed, you can click directly to cancel; if there is no word "cancel" or "cancel order", you need to contact the outlet or provide feedback to the online customer service for cancellation.
What to do if the order cannot be found?
You can check the order number by checking the mobile phone text message or WeChat official account. If the order number is not displayed, you can place an order again, or feedback to the online customer service for processing.
Installation steps
Special note: The installation package provided by Huajun Software Park contains the Android emulator and software APK files. For the computer version, you need to install the emulator first and then install the APK file.
1. First download the installation package from Huajun Software Park. The software package contains an Android emulator exe installation program and an APK file and unzip it. First click on the exe program to install the lightning simulator.
2. Double-click "Lightning simulator.exe" file to enter the installation interface. Users can click "Quick Installation" to select the system's default installation address for installation, or click "Custom Installation" to choose the installation path. Custom installation is recommended here.
3. WaitingLightning simulatorAfter the installation is complete, click "Try Now" to open the emulator.
4. Enter the main interface of the lightning simulator and clickRight column APK iconSelect the "Local APK Install" button.
5. In the pop-up window, click on the decompressed APK file, and then click to open.
6. After that, the software will enter the installation process. You need to wait for a moment. After the software installation is completed, it will appear in my software list. Click the icon and double-click to open it.
