1. How to install Tianzheng professional software after installing Tianzheng plug-in?

If the Tianzheng plug-in TPlugIn has been installed on your computer, you cannot install the Tianzheng professional software (both the professional version and the trial version are not supported). Even if it is installed, it cannot be loaded at the same time. Therefore, you no longer need to install the same version of the Tianzheng plug-in when using the Tianzheng professional version or trial version.

Attached is a solution tutorial: Find [Control Panel] in the [Start] menu bar, find [Add and Remove Programs], and select to uninstall the Tianzheng plug-in.

2. The pictures generated by Tianzheng Architecture cannot be exported to 3DS format smoothly. 3DS Viz/Max cannot directly render Tianzheng image files.

The reason is that Tianzheng Architecture creates new object types (walls, doors, windows, etc.) by itself. In order to enable other software to use the model created by Tianzheng Architecture, when exporting the entire image, the file type needs to be saved as Tianzheng 3, and the exported content is "3D model", as shown in the figure below. 3. Why are the filling and text lost after exporting the entire image?

After some design units execute the "Entire Image Export" (formerly called "Graphics Export" and "Save Old Version") commands, they copy the graphic files to other machines and open them with Tianzheng 3 or ACAD, causing problems with missing fonts or fill patterns.

The reason is that the Acad system of the machine does not have the font or pattern files provided by Tianzheng Architecture or acad20XX. The solution is:

1. Copy the *.shx font under Tianzheng sys to the sys directory of Tianzheng 3 on the target machine.

2. Copy the acad*.pat pattern file under Tianzheng sys to the same directory above.
