Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 These rules are formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, the working rules of the Municipal People's Government, and the actual conditions of the district.
Article 2 The Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Management Committee) is an agency dispatched by the municipal government and is entrusted by the municipal government to perform the government functions of economic regulation, market supervision, social management and public services.
Article 3 The Management Committee implements the director responsibility system. The director leads the work of the management committee, and the deputy director assists the director in his work. Implement scientific and democratic decision-making, adhere to administration in accordance with the law, strengthen administrative supervision, and form an administrative management system that is standardized in behavior, coordinated in operation, fair and transparent, clean and efficient.
