Counselor work summary
In the past six months, under the care and guidance of the leaders of the Academic Affairs Office, departments, teachers and colleagues, I have sincerely devoted myself to my work, and I have made great progress in all aspects. Although student work is seen by others as being busy with trivial things all day long, without much sense of accomplishment, and is ordinary, it is undeniable that student work is an important part of university work. Especially freshman counselors have even greater responsibilities. The quality of their work can affect a student's future development. Therefore, this requires us to have rational thinking, correct methods and techniques for handling problems, and it also requires us to be full of enthusiasm for students and have a strong sense of responsibility for our work.
