The UWIN-OA system B/S architecture is developed using J2EE and multi-layer framework technology. It can run on Windows and Linux platforms and supports SQL Server and MySql databases. The system is based on the collaboration platform and approval flow engine. Each functional subsystem is inserted into the system platform in the form of modular components. Modules can be combined according to customer needs and new applications can be quickly deployed. It has strong scalability. According to the application requirements at different stages, the Youwen collaborative office system is divided into streamlined version, standard version and group version.

◆One-click approval, handwritten signature, electronic seal
The UWIN-OA system supports handwritten signatures and electronic seals. Users can use a mouse or stylus to sign by hand, and the signing effect is consistent with manual signatures; the electronic seal is produced through the free electronic seal production tool that comes with the system, and password verification is required when using the electronic seal. For ease of use, the UWIN-OA system creatively proposes and implements a one-click signing and approval function. Users only need to click the left button of the mouse to complete all operations from opening the file/form to be signed to signing comments, process changes, and approval. ◆Group application support
Multiple organizational directories can be established in the Youwen collaborative office system group version. Each organization can carry out independent office applications, and at the same time, it can effectively communicate and transfer information with other units in the system or superior units.
