How to use Tianxue.com client
Before using the Tianxue.com client, make sure that your computer's speakers or headset can play sound and that the microphone can work properly.
Test equipment methods
1. Click "Test Device"
2. Check whether the output volume is turned on and whether the microphone volume is turned on.
3. Click the button to test whether there is sound from the speaker or headset
4. Click the "Record" button, and after hearing the prompt tone, point into the microphone and read the sentence in the middle of the screen. After reading, click "End Recording" and then click "Listen to the Recording" to see if your own voice can be heard.
5. If there are no problems with listening and recording, click "Test Complete" to tell the Tianxue.com client that you are ready.
Account cannot be activated
Phenomenon: I received the activation email but there was no response after clicking it.
Solution:
Check your email trash to make sure it has not been blocked.
Copy the activation link to the browser and open it manually.
Contact customer service to provide account information to assist activation.
