Classification of work request report templates
Category 1
A request for instructions. This type of request is generally a policy request. It is a request for instructions from a lower-level agency that requires a higher-level agency to provide a clear explanation of the original policy provisions, review and identify issues to be dealt with, and give clear instructions on how to deal with emergencies or new situations or new problems.
Category 2
Request for approval. This type of request is a request from a lower-level agency to a higher-level agency for approval on certain specific matters. The main purpose is to solve certain practical difficulties and specific problems.
The third category
Request for approval. A request for instructions falls into this category when a lower-level agency puts forward opinions and measures to deal with a wide-ranging matter, which needs to be handled jointly by all relevant parties. However, according to regulations, it cannot instruct a higher-level agency or an unrelated department to handle it. It needs to be approved by the higher-level agency and then approved and implemented.
It consists of five parts: title, main sending agency, body, issuing agency, and date. The text of the request for instructions mainly consists of three parts: the reason for the request, the content, and the requirements. When requesting instructions, the reasons should be fully stated, and the proposed solution should be specific and feasible.
Work request report sample and other matters
Requests for instructions are used to request guidance and approval from the superior authority, and the superior must give a reply after receiving the document; reports are used to report work to the superior authority, reflect the situation, and make suggestions for the superior to understand the situation. Provide information and experience to superiors. After receiving the document, superior authorities may not necessarily give approval.
The content of the request for instructions is specific and single, requiring one article and one thing, and clear requests must be made. The content of the report is relatively wide, and can be one article or one thing, or it can reflect many aspects of the situation. However, requests for instructions cannot be written in the report, nor can requests for approval from superiors be made. The reason for requesting instructions, matters and conclusion are all indispensable; the report is long and the structure is eclectic and varies from article to article.
The matters involved in the request for instructions are not in progress and can only be processed after the approval of the superior. They must be written in advance and cannot be reported first. If the matters involved in the report are large but have already passed or are in progress, they can be written after the fact or during the matter. The time requirement for requesting instructions is strong, but the time requirement for reporting is generally poor.
The written unit has no right to arrange and handle before the superiors respond.
