Introduction to part-time labor contracts

Basic contents of part-time labor contract
(1) A part-time labor contract establishes a labor relationship based on hours; an ordinary labor relationship establishes a labor contract based on days, months, and years. Correspondingly, the unit of payment for part-time labor contracts is also hourly.
(2) Laborers can establish labor relations with more than two employers.
(3) Part-time employment parties may enter into an oral agreement.
(4) Part-time employment parties shall not agree on a probation period.
(5) Either party to the part-time employment may notify the other party to terminate the employment at any time. Upon termination of employment, the employer will not pay economic compensation to the employee.
(6) The hourly wage standard for part-time employees shall not be lower than the minimum hourly wage standard stipulated by the people's government where the employer is located.
(7) The maximum labor remuneration settlement and payment period for part-time employees shall not exceed fifteen days
