Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 In order to protect and improve the living standards of employees of Secretarial 114 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") after retirement, establish a multi-level pension security system, mobilize the labor enthusiasm of the company's employees, establish a long-term talent mechanism, enhance the company's cohesion and creativity, and promote the company's healthy and sustainable development, the company has established an enterprise annuity system.
Article 2 The main basis for the company to establish the enterprise annuity system is: "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China", "Trust Law of the People's Republic of China", "Trial Measures for Enterprise Annuity", "Trial Measures for the Management of Enterprise Annuity Funds", "Collective Contract Provisions" and the relevant policies of Yunnan Province's enterprise annuity.
Article 3 The company shall establish an enterprise annuity system that adheres to the principles of being conducive to the development of the company, fully embodying efficiency priority and balancing fairness, enterprise voluntariness and democratic consultation, high security and moderate returns, appropriate adjustments and individual contributions.
