u3000u3000Article 7u3000If Party B fails to pay according to the time agreed in this contract, it shall pay liquidated damages to Party A. The liquidated damages shall be calculated as ten thousandths of the day of overdue payment, and the liquidated damages shall be calculated from the second day of the payment period of this contract. Starting from the date of actual payment, if the overdue period exceeds days, Party A has the right to choose the following options to hold Party B accountable:
u3000u30001. Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate this contract, and Party B shall bear the liability for compensation. The compensation amount is u3000% of the total room price. Party A has the right to deduct the compensation amount Party B should pay from the room price paid by Party B, and the remaining room price will be returned to Party B. If the house price paid by Party B is insufficient for compensation, Party A has the right to pursue recourse.
u3000u3000If Party A exercises the right to terminate the contract, it shall notify Party B in writing.

u3000u3000Article 8u3000After signing this contract, Party A shall not change the architectural design of the house without authorization (see Appendix 2). If the change is really necessary, it shall obtain the written consent of Party B and submit it to the planning management department for review and approval. From the date of approval, within days
u3000u3000 signs a modification agreement to this contract with Party B.
u3000u3000Party A changes the architectural design of the house without Party B's consent, and Party B has the right to unilaterally terminate this contract.
u3000u3000Article 9u3000Party A shall not change the floor plan of the community that has been agreed with Party B without authorization (see Appendix 6). If changes are really necessary, written consent from Party B must be obtained.
