1. When not logged in, ordinary visitors are only provided with search and sharing permissions. Operating other options will automatically jump to the login interface. Please log in first before operating (users who have not registered an account please register first)
2. After logging in, you can operate collections, like companies, and publish supply and demand (you can only publish but cannot edit or delete)
3. To publish products in the business district, you need to become an enterprise user before you have permission (publish, edit, delete). Please become an enterprise user first.
4. The business license of the company and the display carousel on the company details page are only available to members.
5. The stone library is a stone cat resource library and does not open to the public for editing. If your business variety is not included in the library, please contact customer service to add it.
2. Why can’t I log in to WeChat?
1. If you have multiple WeChat accounts, please confirm whether the WeChat currently logged in is the WeChat bound to the previously registered Shimao account.
2. If you only have one WeChat account and cannot log in to WeChat, you will automatically jump to the registration interface.
Please register a Shimao account first. After the first registration, it will be associated with WeChat by default. Only after that can you log in directly with WeChat.
3. For registered accounts, WeChat login always shows login failure. Please close the APP completely and reopen the login.
4. If none of the above methods can solve your problem, please contact customer service.
3. Failed to register user
1. Please confirm that the registered account is a mobile phone number (when registering in the new version, the mobile phone number will be directly bound)
2. Check whether the network is normal, or switch to wireless/data network
3. Exit and close the APP, reopen it, try to log in, and check whether it has been registered. The poor network caused the prompt to fail.
