Zhongwei HD surveillance system installation steps

Download the Zhongwei HD Surveillance System compressed package from this site and unzip it, click the installer, enter the [Welcome to the Zhongwei HD Surveillance System Installation Wizard] window, click "Change Directory" for the installation directory, select "Software (D)", then click "OK", and then click "Install".

FAQ

Device cannot connect

Reason: Network configuration error, firewall interception, device IP conflict.

Solution:

Check whether the device and computer are on the same LAN and use the "ping" command to test network connectivity.

Turn off the firewall or add the software as a trusted program.

Assign fixed IP addresses to devices to avoid conflicts.
