FAQ

Service not started

Phenomenon: Virbox licensing service (sense shield service) cannot be started.

Solution:

Right-click "My Computer" → "Manage" → "Services and Applications" to find and close the relevant services.

Exit or uninstall the anti-virus software (such as Windows Defender), delete the SS installation folder and reinstall it.

License not accessible

Phenomenon: The software cannot recognize the license or prompts "Invalid license".

Solution:

Check network connectivity and firewall settings to ensure that the licensing service port is not blocked.
