First things first: The printer must enter maintenance status: 1. First press the Stop/Reset button, then press the Power button to turn it on (do not let go). 2. Wait for the printer to start, press and hold the power button without letting go, and then release the stop/reset button. 3. Then press the Stop/Reset button twice. Release the power button and stop/reset button at the same time. After the startup is completed, the printer will display "0". (If it is not displayed as "0", please shut down and operate again.) 4. The computer prompts to find new hardware and prompts to install the driver (if the driver cannot be installed, don't worry about it). If no new hardware is found, it is recommended to restart the computer or try changing the computer. (If the computer cannot find the new hardware, the clearing software cannot be used.) Click the "EEPROM" button (if an error is displayed, such as 002, just click OK). Click the "Main" button to clear the waste ink counter (the printer will put a piece of paper and D=000.0 will be printed, indicating that the reset is successful). Turn off the printer and restart it, and test the printer (if it cannot print, please check whether the ink monitor is out of ink or other faults). If the ink is out of ink, press the "Stop/Reset" button on the printer panel for 5 seconds to restore it.
