How to edit business profile?
1. On this page, you can edit and modify the company information filled in when opening an account, including the company's full name, company abbreviation, company avatar, industry, company address, contact number, email, company homepage URL and other basic company information. You can also set a company signature and company profile to enrich and improve the company information.
2. After setting up corporate display information, it can be displayed at the following corresponding locations after customers access the session, helping you better serve and guide customers.
*Note: After editing the corporate information section, it will take 1-2 working days for review before it is updated.
How to set up a business showcase?
In the [Corporate Management]-Corporate Information-[Corporate Showcase] page, you can open and set up a corporate showcase with pictures and texts, and display the showcase content in the main account data card to enrich the corporate image.
Use the administrator QQ to open the account center - [Enterprise Management] - [Enterprise Showcase], click [Create Enterprise Showcase]
Upload pictures, fill in titles and links, and create up to 2 new corporate showcases. Click [Submit for review]
After submission, the system will review it. Once approved, it will be displayed in the dialog box and data card.
How to modify corporate contact?
On this page, you can edit and modify the corporate contact person filled in when opening an account. As shown below:

How to set up affiliated enterprises?
On this page, you can configure affiliated enterprises for your company. After setting and passing the configuration, the profile cards of subsidiary employees can also display the name of the subsidiary under the head office.

1) Each set of business sites can be associated with 200 companies
2) The added affiliated enterprise must be a branch or subsidiary of the main enterprise or the legal representative must have the same name to be approved. The review time is 1-2 working days.

How to create new employees?
On this page, you can perform the "New Employee" operation. First, click the "Create Employee" button and fill in the employee information.
Among them, the Qidian account number is the QQ system number (the number can only be selected when creating a member, and is not selected when editing existing members), the real name is the internal display nickname, the account name is the unique identification within the Qidian system, and the external nickname is the customer-facing conversation nickname.
Next, you can configure management permissions for employees. You can directly select an existing role template (such as the default "super administrator" role), or you can create your own roles. In setting permissions, each large module can pull down and check the subdivision permissions of small modules.
After clicking "Finish", the employee is successfully created.
How to move employees?
