Requirements for writing resume samples for cadres
The writing style is natural: use concise and popular language, keep the sentence structure as simple as possible, and don’t make it difficult to speak for the sake of novelty and difference. The language of the writing may be more colloquial, and it must be lively and eloquent, but it must not lose its sense of proportion and make people feel vulgar. Use more verbs, less adjectives, and don't use a dictionary.
Be specific and straight to the point: The purpose of the cover letter is to leave a good impression on the HR manager and make him/her read further into the lengthy resume. The important thing about a cover letter is that it must always answer the question: "Why should I hire this candidate?"
Avoid cliches: Writing a cover letter should not fall into clichés. It is better to add less words like "I am very popular". Positive attitude: Don't complain about your previous boss in your cover letter, or use "boring" or "uninteresting" to describe previous jobs. Who wants to hire an employee who's always in moods? Also, be careful not to look like you're begging for a job, as the hiring manager will likely think you're in a bad situation.
Be confident but not arrogant: don’t deny yourself and don’t be too humble. Tell the person in charge that you would be a good fit for a job, but don't do it in a commanding tone. Don't pretend to be familiar with something you don't know; explain why you are interested in the company, and that's enough.
Be polite and professional: Maybe in front of your friends, you are a natural comedian; in front of the HR manager, distance and respect are the best ways to get along.
Precautions for cadre resume sample
Making up your resume
The same thing can be described differently from different angles and express different purposes. Experience can be mined. The thing is, digging is not the same as making up. If I'm just making it up, it's fine if I've never eaten pork and seen pigs walking. But I have never even seen a pig walking, but making up a pig walking, isn’t it just making it up? After a few in-depth questions, the moisture came out immediately.
Lack of pertinence
A resume made from a standard template is suitable for job hunting in a variety of industries and positions. A savvy HR person can understand at a glance that this person has the "ambition" of "seeking for jobs all over the world with one resume". If it is not targeted, it will naturally not be noticed by HR.
Career path confusion
I changed to two or three companies in one year. I have entered six or seven different industries within five years. His career experience has no coherence. He has frequently changed jobs and his career gap in his career is at a glance. Careers are too messy and companies dare not use it.
