4. Time and delivery method of Party B’s design works:

1. Party B must complete the design plan within the time agreed by both parties. If Party B cannot complete the work on time due to Party A's repeated suggestions for modification, the execution can be postponed, and the extension time shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.

2. Party B shall deliver the designed works in the form of color printouts and CD-ROM electronic drafts.

5. Intellectual Property Agreement:

1. Before Party A pays all commissioned design fees, the copyright of the work designed by Party B belongs to Party B, and Party A does not have any rights to the work.
