Technical consulting service contract

Article 2 Responsibilities and Obligations of Both Parties

2.1 The client shall provide relevant materials, technical consulting reports, drawings and possible information to the consulting party and provide assistance to the best of its ability to the consulting party in carrying out its work. In particular, the client shall designate a general representative at an appropriate time so that he can be contacted at any time.

2.2 The client shall assist the consultant to obtain passports, visas, work permits and other documents required by the consultant from relevant agencies so that the consultant can enter the client's country and the site of the project, but the costs shall be borne by the consultant.

2.3 In addition to the technical personnel listed in Article 1 of the contract, the consulting party shall also provide a sufficient number of competent technical personnel to perform the obligations stipulated in this contract. The consulting party shall be fully responsible for the technical personnel it employs to perform the contract and shall hold the client harmless from all damages caused by its technical personnel performing the contract tasks.

2.4 The consulting party shall submit the technical consultation report and relevant drawings and information on time according to the content and schedule of the consulting service.

2.5 The consulting party shall assist the client's technical personnel to obtain visas to enter the consulting party's country and be responsible for arranging board and lodging. The costs of board and lodging shall be borne by the client. The consulting party shall provide offices, necessary facilities and transportation facilities for the client's technical personnel.
