u3000u3000According to the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China", "Jiangsu Province Labor Contract Regulations" and other relevant laws, regulations and rules, Party A and Party B sign this contract and establish a labor relationship based on the principles of equality, voluntariness, consensus, fairness and justice, and good faith, and promise to abide by it together.

u3000u30001. Basic rights and obligations of both u3000 parties

u3000u30001. Party A shall establish a registration and verification system for employed workers in accordance with the law and sign this contract with Party B before Party B’s first working day. If the contract is terminated in advance, Party A or Party B shall notify the other party in writing 30 days in advance.

u3000u30002. Party A establishes a vocational training system to continuously improve Party B’s vocational skills; Party B actively participates in the vocational skills training organized by Party A and strives to be qualified for the job requirements stipulated in the labor contract.

u3000u30003. Party A and Party B shall participate in social insurance in accordance with the relevant regulations of the national and local governments.

u3000u30004. Party A establishes and improves the labor safety and health system, strictly implements national labor safety regulations and standards, strictly implements national regulations on special operations, special protection of female workers and underage workers, educates Party B on labor safety and health, and provides Party B with labor safety and health conditions and necessary labor protection supplies that comply with national regulations. Party B strictly abides by safety operating procedures and has the right to refuse Party A's management personnel's illegal instructions and forced risky operations; it has the right to criticize, report and accuse behaviors that endanger life safety and health.
