u3000u3000 Article 12 Liability for breach of contract by u3000 service party

u3000u30001. Failure to complete work results on time and with high quality as stipulated in the contract shall be exempted from remuneration, payment of liquidated damages or compensation for losses.

If the work results are not delivered within the time limit stipulated in the contract, the technical information, technical data, and documents provided by the client shall be returned, and the remuneration paid shall be returned. A liquidated damages amounting to ________% of the total remuneration shall be paid, and the client shall be compensated for the resulting losses.
