boaPHP change log
V5.4 log:
1. Renamed from boa to boaPHP (boa framework);
2. Compatible to PHP8.2.x, supports PHP5.4-8.2;
3. Fixed several bugs in general control, routing, installation, etc.;
4. Multiple performance optimizations, PHP fault tolerance optimization, and redundant code simplification;
5. Change the storage location of the configuration file: move the var directory to the www directory
