Conference seating arrangement

Meeting seating arrangements are used to assist conference staff in arranging meeting seats for participants in Excel.

The conference seating arrangement maps the cells in the Excel table to the venue seats one-to-one. Users can set the total rows (or rows) of the venue in Excel according to the actual situation of the venue, and set each row in each area based on the vertical aisle in the venue. number of seats, and then import the participant names or unit names from the external table into the seating arrangement table. For conference seating arrangements, in addition to importing the sequence numbered list from an external table into the seating arrangement table at once, you can also arbitrarily select a list from an external table and import it into any specified position in the seating arrangement table. When selecting a list in an external table, there is no need to consider blank cells and cells that have been assigned sequence numbers. When the organization exports the list for meeting seating arrangements, these cells will be skipped and only the list without sequence numbers will be exported. If the list is filled by specifying the first cell, the list will only be filled in the area where the first cell is located, and will be filled in the first cell and the cell area below it, and will not be filled across areas. The conference seating arrangement will also automatically draw double lines as borders around the single-imported list, and dotted lines are drawn in the internal cells, which is suitable for distinguishing groups of participants.

The latest version of the conference seating arrangement uses the first row of the seating arrangement table to set up and display the venue area. The new version of the function is no longer provided by the button of the EXCEL COM add-in, but is provided by the menu of the Windows taskbar tray program. The software has been tested under winXP and office 2003 and does not need to rely on other operating environments.
