1. Input function:

1. The system provides two functions: mode input and table interface input for teaching material reservation, teaching material warehousing, teaching material management, teaching material outgoing, teaching material inquiry, and inventory. When using the "entry window" to enter data, only a small amount of input is required. Just click on the options to complete the entry.

2. Query function:

Each information table can be filtered. The system has four types of filtering: temporary filtering, temporary compound filtering, record filtering, and field filtering.

3. Report function:

Teaching material reservation schedule (multiple records, A4 horizontally placed).

A list of teaching materials (multiple records, A4 horizontally placed).

Inventory report (multiple records, A4 horizontally placed).

4. Print function:

All reports in the above report functions can be printed.

5. Safety functions:

After entering the system, click the menu "System - Tools - User and Permission Settings" to set the user permissions of the system.

6. Backup function:

It can be backed up in hard disk, floppy disk or other removable disk, and multiple operations can be performed on the backed up data.

7. Data exchange function:

There are three ways to exchange data: the first is the "information exchange" function, which can import and export information at will; the second is the "information table exchange" which can import and export information tables; the third is "convert Access database", which can convert the Access database into (*.mdb file) to an information base (*.dbi) based on this platform. This operation generates a new dbi file and will not make any changes to the original Access database. The fourth is "exchanging data with Excel files". The function can convert the information base (*.dbi) based on this platform into an Excel file, and can also convert the Excel file into an information base (*.dbi) based on this platform.

8. Adaptability:

Adapted to run on WINDOWS98/ME/2000/XP system.
