China Telecom Tianyi live client is a comprehensive information service product launched by China Telecom for family and individual users that integrates network access, free text messaging, IM chat, online high-definition video and popular information.

Features of China Telecom Tianyi live

1. Comprehensive network access: Provides three network connection methods: Telecom wired broadband (LAN/ADSL), wireless broadband (WLAN), wireless broadband (1X) and wireless broadband (3G).

2. Customer service: Users can obtain instant customer service through the customer service robot. In addition, the client also provides page links to Tianyi Live, MSN and online business halls.

3. 189 Mailbox: Provides the mail detection function of 189 Mailbox. Users can click the 189 Mailbox button to enter the 189 Mailbox page.

4. Instant messaging: Provides Live Messenger instant messaging function based on *Telecom Pass.

5. Internet applications and content services: It provides channels such as Love Music, HD, Finance, Know-how, Cars, Security and Printing. Users can surf the Internet and obtain the required information and services through these channels; in addition, it also provides Weather forecast function.

6. Contact management: Provides functions for managing contacts and contact groups, including adding/delete/edit/block/filter/save/import/filter contacts and create/delete/edit contact groups, among which import Contacts can be saved as MSN contact list files.

7. e-home communication: Exclusive e8 and exclusive e9 users have e-home phone voice and text message functions. The voice function includes supplementary functions such as voice number sharing, voice simultaneous ringing and voice sequential ringing. The text messaging function includes group text messaging and sending text messages. To users on different networks (*China Unicom and *China Mobile) and offline message-to-SMS functions; for non-exclusive e8 and exclusive e9 users, users only have the same text messaging function as exclusive users, but do not have e-home phone voice Function. In addition, users can also put unwelcome contacts on the blacklist to avoid harassment of users through phone calls and text messages.
