(1) The first step is to activate the service

​ ​ Ø Account requirements: The store main account is required for activation/recharge/configuration; (all customer service sub-accounts can be used)

​ ​ Ø Open the entrance: the phone/text message icon on the chat interface of Dongdong workbench, which will then be linked to the corresponding operation interface; you can also directly log in to the customer service manager (website: kf.jd.com, or the quick entrance as shown below) to make settings.

(3) The third step, authorization/setting

      Ø Account requirements: Phone authorization/SMS settings, you still need to use the store master account

​ ​ Ø Authorization (using Dongdong phone): As shown below, the sub-account prompts "You have not activated the permission yet", which is an unauthorized problem - you need to use the main account to authorize the customer service account, bind the phone number, and it can be used normally. Note: 1. Set the landline or mobile phone bound to the customer service, and the number must be filled in correctly (the client blocks the merchant number, and there will be no additional charge);
