5. You can also click "File" and "Export Chat Records" menu to export chat records in batches. The software will pop up a window asking where to export. After setting the export directory as required, the software will automatically start exporting.

6. After the export is completed, the files, pictures, videos, and voices sent and received with a friend (or group chat) are saved in the corresponding folders, and these exported files are sorted by numerical naming in the order of sending and receiving. .
