1. Open Premiere, select "File-New-Sequence" or right-click "New-Sequence"

2. Import the video material in the media browser, drag the material to the timeline, right-click the sky material and select "Set to Frame Size"

3. Enter "Brightness Key" in the effect search box to apply the effect to the tower material, and find "Brightness Key" in the effect control to adjust the "Threshold and Masking Degree" to bring up the tower.

4. Drag the tower material onto the sky material and drag it to the timeline to observe the video effect.
