How to turn on the recorder in Win7

1. First, you need to check whether the recording hardware in your computer is turned on. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar window, and then select the recording device in the drop-down menu.

2. In the window that opens, switch the interface to the recording column, then right-click the mouse in the blank space below and select Show disabled devices.

3. After that, you can see that a "Stereo Mix" will appear in the window, right-click on this option, and then select Enable in the drop-down menu.

4. After completion, click to open the start menu, then enter recorder in the search window below, and then click to open the recorder in the search window.
