Article 1. These mediation rules are based on the Constitution, the Mediation Law and other relevant laws, and are formulated based on the association’s practical experience in mediation and the actual situation.
Article 2. The tasks of these mediation rules are to protect the parties’ exercise of various rights in mediation activities, to ensure that the mediation committee ascertains the facts, distinguishes right from wrong, accurately puts forward mediation opinions, persuades and educates employees and residents to consciously abide by the law, promotes the conclusion of mediation agreements, mediates conflicts and disputes in a fair and just manner and in accordance with the law in a timely manner, and maintains social and economic order and social harmony and stability.
Article 3: This Association shall accept all conflicts and disputes between citizens, legal persons, other organizations, and their mutual administrative, criminal and other exclusive jurisdictions, and shall apply the provisions of these Rules.
