Russian Word Explorer A detailed introduction to some simple functions of the main interface.

Blackboard--displays words, word meanings, root meanings, and phonetic symbols.

Under the settings tab, you can freely set font settings and color settings, change the word font size, blackboard background and root color respectively, and these changes will be automatically saved. If you want to restore the default state, just click the Reset button to restore it automatically.

On the left side of the blackboard - the numbers indicate the word position and the number of words read. The checked and unchecked states of the title and extension check boxes are shown in the two pictures above respectively. The sound is used to control word reading and some operation prompts. If you are learning words If you want to listen to music at the same time, uncheck this checkbox.

Right side of the blackboard - function buttons and go to edit box. Book represents a list of selected words. The horn represents the word reading aloud, and the five stars represent the learning level (mastered, fuzzy and new words). You can click on the five stars to change its color according to the familiarity of the word. Go to the edit box and enter a word in the selected list and press Enter, the word explorer will automatically go to the word.

Below the blackboard - word series features or functions switch.

The word level indicates the learning level of the current word. Selecting a radio button can change the color of the blackboard border representing the current word learning level (green - mastered, gray - fuzzy, orange - new words).

The gold version of Word Explorer has TTS reading function. Place the mouse in the definition and example text boxes and double-click TTS will read the word meaning and example sentences aloud.

Place the mouse in the text box and right-click to change the font attributes and background color in the text box. Word Explorer does not save the changes and can be changed at any time.

Place the mouse on the left edge of the text box to drag to change the height of the box.

Place the mouse on the upper and lower edges of the text box to drag to change the width of the box.

Place the mouse on the upper, lower, left, and right corners of the text box and you can drag the text box at will.

The new version adds the function of memorizing words by Ebbinghaus.
