This software will lock the IE homepage within two restarts of the computer. If you want to lock it for a long time, you need to enter the URLSet folder in the program files directory of the C drive to modify the URLSET.INI configuration file and change the number of starts to "0" ( Changing it to "0" means that the IE homepage will be locked every time it is restarted. Changing it to "1" will automatically lock the iE homepage after the next restart of the machine. Similarly, changing it to "3" will continue. The next three restarts will lock the homepage)
From the ethical perspective of the Internet, it is not recommended to change the number of startups to "0". The default is "2".
