Error code "321"

Reason: file corruption, unsupported format, unstable network connection or software/hardware failure.

Solution:

​ ​ ​ ​ Check the file integrity and try to open it with other players to confirm whether it is damaged.

Make sure the file format is a format supported by Baofeng Video (such as AVI, MP4, RMVB, etc.).

Restart the router or switch the network environment (such as switching from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G).

​​​​Update Baofengyingyin to the latest version, or reinstall the software.

If you are using old hardware, try upgrading the graphics card driver or memory.

Playback freezes or audio and video are out of sync

Reason: Insufficient hardware performance, low network bandwidth, or improper software settings.

Solution:

​ ​ ​ ​ Select "Hardware Acceleration" mode (high-performance devices) or "Software Rendering" (low-end devices) in the settings.

​ ​ ​ Adjust network buffering to "Auto", or manually set a larger buffer value.

​ ​ ​ ​Close background resource-consuming programs (such as browsers, download tools).

Use the "synchronize audio and video" function to correct the audio and video out-of-sync problem.

Unable to play 3D movies

Reason: The 3D mode is not turned on correctly or the source format does not match.

Solution:

When playing left and right format film sources, wear 3D glasses to watch directly.
