New rural cooperative medical management information system

The establishment of a new rural cooperative medical system is an effective measure to help farmers resist the risk of major diseases. On this basis, where conditions permit, other forms of cooperative medical care such as outpatient coordination can be implemented to supplement the coordination of serious diseases. The establishment of a new rural cooperative medical system should follow the following principles: government organization guidance, farmers voluntarily participate; focusing on overall planning of serious diseases, with multiple forms coexisting; multi-party financing, reasonable burdens; revenue-determined expenditures, ensuring appropriateness; pilot trials first, implementation in batches, and gradual promotion.
