    Q: sadptool cannot start this program?

      1: Initialization failed

First, turn off the anti-virus software firewall, then uninstall and reinstall 400sadp.

      2: When running, it prompts that sadp failed to start.

​ 1. Check whether the PC is a virtual machine. Currently, the virtual machine cannot use the sadp software.

​ ​ 2. During operation, enter "msinfo32" and press Enter. In the software environment-system driver of the system information that pops up, check whether there is an "npf" driver. If not, install the winpcap plug-in. After installation, if the status of npf is Running, sadp can start normally.

3. If you already have the "npf" driver but the status is Stop, uninstall winpcap and reinstall it.

      Three: The device cannot be found after startup

      Phenomenon 1: Online device is "0".

It may be because the plug-in is not installed. First install the winpcap plug-in. If the plug-in is installed, you can enter "msinfo32" in the run and check whether there is an "npf" driver in the software environment - system driver of the system information that pops up.

      Phenomenon 2: A certain device cannot be found.

​​ 1. Can the device be searched if it is directly connected to the computer using a network cable?

​ 2. Whether the firewall and anti-virus software are turned off;

      Four: Error 2015

Error 2015 is reported when activating the device. Most of the time, the address of the PC has changed when running sadptool or 4200.
