CORS mode setting problem

Problem description: When using CORS mode for measurement, users may encounter problems such as single point floating and the inability to fix the solution.

Answer: Please check whether the network connection is normal, including whether the handheld device can connect to the Internet normally or whether the SIM card in the host is available. At the same time, confirm whether the server IP address, port, CORS account username and password are entered correctly. If you are connected to a CORS private network, please check whether the correct APN is set. In addition, you can also try methods such as changing the measurement environment and reinitializing RTK to solve the single-point floating problem.

Device connection issues

Problem description: Users may be unable to successfully connect to the measurement device, resulting in the inability to perform measurement operations.

Answer: Please check whether the Bluetooth function of the device is turned on, and ensure that the Bluetooth connection between the handheld device and the device is normal. At the same time, confirm whether the device type, connection method, and target device SN number are selected correctly. If the connection fails, you can try re-pairing Bluetooth or restarting the device.
