      Problem: When using Document King to insert Chinese documents, the authors of the generated references at the end of the article are missing.

Reason: Multiple authors in the author field in Document King are separated by English half-width semicolons. The same fields also include editor, author translation, editor translation, subject headings, keywords and other fields. However, sometimes in references downloaded from domestic databases such as cnki, the delimiting symbols between authors are not standardized, resulting in the loss of authors in the references generated in Word.

Solution: Batch modify the semicolons between authors in Document King to English half-width semicolons.

      Question: Why can’t I download some free full texts when I right-click in the bibliography list and select “Download Full Text”?

Reason: The principle of Medical Literature King automatically downloading the full text is that the developers analyze nearly a hundred large-scale online full-text databases in advance, provide a method to determine the address and file type of the free full-text, and then download it. Downloading the full text may not be successful if the following conditions exist:

A. This free full text requires users to register on the website before they can download it, even if registration is free;

B. The link address of this free full-text is a dynamically generated irregular and random address;

C. This free full-text download link does not point to a PDF file, but a web page format.

Solution:
