Tencent micro cloud service adjustment: Tencent micro cloud capacity reduced to 10G

This year is destined to be an uneven year for network disks. Many network disk options have closed their services. Now Tencent Weiyun has also adjusted the cloud disk capacity from the original 1T to 10G. The free storage capacity of ordinary users is reduced to 10G, while the storage capacity of members remains unchanged. Ordinary users whose original stored files exceed 10G can still download and access files, but uploading new files will be restricted.

Dear user:
Thank you for choosing Weiyun! In recent years, the number of individual users choosing cloud storage has been growing rapidly. In order to allow more people to share stable and long-term cloud storage resources and achieve sustainable development of the platform, we have adjusted Weiyun’s storage service plan as follows:
The free storage capacity for ordinary users is adjusted to 10G. Ordinary users whose original stored files exceed 10G can still download and access files, but uploading new files will be restricted;
Member storage capacity remains unchanged.
Weiyun will implement the above service plan from January 16, 2017. At the same time, we have recently upgraded Weiyun functions from the following three aspects:
More convenient: Strengthening the connection with social scenes, you can currently transfer QQ chat files to Weiyun with one click, and you can also back up WeChat chat content to Weiyun by following the Weiyun public account;
More secure: Cooperate with Tencent Computer Manager software to detect and kill malware and files in real time to ensure user data security;
Stronger office capabilities: Cooperating with Microsoft, the cloud office document quick editing function has been implemented.
