If the affected customer's equipment warranty expires after January 1, 2020, then please provide the customer with a one-time warranty exception, but accidental damage is not included in the coverage of this repair service exception.

It is reported that the one-time warranty exception is provided to customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. It is valid until March 31, 2020, and the coverage is consistent with the original product warranty.

The reason for launching this measure is that Apple also stated in the report that out of public health and health prevention considerations, and because repair service options have been relatively limited recently, some customers may have experienced delays when they need to send their devices for repair. For customers affected by the recent temporary store closures, please apologize to customers for the inconvenience caused and assist customers in solving the problem.
