1Chromeis aGreen optimized version of chrome browser, is based on the open source chromium green. If you like Google Chrome and green software that doesn’t require installation, then 1Chrome is a good choice.

1Chrome functions and features

1. It is produced under a new system without installing other software. It is absolutely pure. There is no modification to the original program (and no such technology), ensuring the original flavor.

2. Personal data is stored in the "1Chrome User Configuration" folder by default instead of the c drive, so you can put it in the USB flash drive and use it as you go.

3. The executable file icon has been slightly beautified.

4. The version number is consistent with chromium.

5. Support setting as default browser.

After setting 1chrome as the default browser in the options, you need to re-run it for it to take effect. When you change the path of the software or the name of 1chrome.exe, you need to set 1chrome as the default browser in the options again and run it again for it to take effect.

Things to note

If you want to use 1Chrome to open certain types of files (use right-click - open method), then be sure to ensure that the path where 1Chrome.exe is located remains unchanged (use the overwrite method to update the program). If the path changes, you may need to use optimization software Clean the registry or use the search function in the registry editor to delete all keys related to 1chrome.
