Translation cooperation contract

Article 5 Disclaimer

5.1 Users of Party A can use the translation free of charge and can copy, modify and compile the translation. If the translation is used, modified, performed, downloaded or reproduced by users or third parties in any way, the owner of Party B will not bear any responsibility to anyone, including the licensor.

Section 6 Representations and Warranties

6.1 Both parties guarantee that they have the right and ability to sign and perform this contract.

6.2 Party A guarantees that the translation will be used by Party A’s users.

6.3 Party A guarantees that the copyright owner of the translation (if Party A is not the copyright owner of the information) agrees to sign and perform this contract without requiring the owner of Party B to pay any fees. Party B may require the licensor to provide the copyright owner of the translation in this regard. Document signed by the copyright holder.

6.4 Party B guarantees the timeliness, completeness, legality, authenticity and accuracy of the translations it provides to Party A.

6.5 Party A guarantees that Party B's use of its translated information will not constitute an infringement of any rights of a third party. At the same time, Party A guarantees that its signing and performance of this contract will not constitute a breach of contract or an infringement of any rights of a third party, nor will it cause The owner of Party B has no liability to any third party.

6.6 Party A is responsible for resolving any infringement caused by the translation provided by Party A to any third party, including but not limited to infringement of the copyright of the third party.
