How to use Jiandao Cloud:

1. Enter the workbench, view the Jiandao Cloud sample application, create an application of your own, and then start building an application that meets your needs. You can install the application from the template center and use it directly, or modify it according to your own needs, or you can create a blank application and build it yourself.

2. There are currently two types of forms. The form has the data collaboration function, and the process form has the process approval function. The two form types can be switched between each other, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t know the difference now, just choose one to create a new one.

3. Configure advanced functions for fields, such as formulas, linkages, etc., to make the data filling process more convenient and automated.

4. Share the completed form with others to fill in the data.

How to use related other data forms and data linkage in Jiandao Cloud?

1. After logging in to Jiandao Cloud, click the New Form logo

2. Follow the prompts to create a blank form.

3. After entering the form design interface, click and drag a drop-down box from the left side of the interface to the middle and release the mouse. Repeat the previous step and drag a drop-down box to the right.

4. Name the titles of the drop-down boxes respectively as province name and station name, as shown in the figure below

5. Click the province name drop-down box control, then click the triangle mark corresponding to the option on the right side of the interface, and select Associate other data forms in the pop-up menu.

6. Click on the train station and select the province name in the secondary menu. This train station form is a form that I uploaded to Jiandao Cloud through excel. The train station is a worksheet, and the worksheet contains two columns of data: province name and station name.

9. Click Data Linkage Settings on the right side of the interface

10. In the pop-up menu, set the data association table to the train station. The province name in the form is equal to the time province in the train station. The station name in the form is linked to the station name in the train station in the data association table.

11. The preview effect after saving is as follows. When a province is selected, the train stations contained in the province in the station name are displayed in the drop-down list.
