3. Local interaction
Local interaction is the internationally patented technology of Oats Enterprise Cloud Disk. Documents in the enterprise cloud disk are directly opened by calling the associated software on the local computer. The modified and saved documents are automatically updated and stored in the enterprise cloud disk.
4. Full text search
You can search the current folder or all enterprise cloud disk folders based on file names, keywords, file suffixes, etc., helping you quickly locate files among massive files.

5. Upload external links
Set up an external link for the folder, and provide the generated external link to customers or partners, who can access the external link to upload files; files uploaded through the external link are centrally stored in the set external link folder.
6. Recycle Bin
Oats Enterprise Cloud Disk has a unique enterprise recycle bin mechanism. The member recycle bin only displays files associated with their own permissions. 7. File locking
Oats Enterprise Cloud Disk supports locking documents. After locking, other members cannot edit the document, which can prevent the document from being edited or modified. If other members need to modify the document, they need to contact the person who locked the document to unlock it.
8. Version management
Every time a document is modified and saved in Oats Enterprise Cloud Disk, a new version will be automatically generated, completely recording the version iteration of the document; the historical version of the document can be viewed, traced, and restored.
