Renren Desktop FAQ

　　1. I wrote the wrong name when registering, how can I change it to my real name?

Currently, if you can only change your name once a year on Renren Desktop, go to the "Personal Home Page" and click on Information->Edit Information->Basic Information->Modify Name->Confirm->Wait for approval. If you have modified it once this year, you can provide proof of identity (photo of student ID, library card, ID card, etc.) plus page ID and submit it to our customer service, and we will handle it for you. We encourage you to use your real name so that friends can find you more easily.

It is recommended that you try changing to another browser or clear the browser cache or force refresh the page with ctrl+F5 (steps to clear the cache: click [Tools] at the top of the browser, select [Internet Options], delete cookies and delete files).
